SUMMARY:Diocese of Lincoln Aspiring Leaders Programme

ly for senior leadership roles in Church of Englan
d schools within the diocese of Lincoln. This trai
ning does not replace NPQ qualifications but will
complement it. It will provide a unique insight in
to leadership of church schools and build knowledg
e and confidence whilst supporting participants to
understand the application and selection process
for senior leadership positions.

rogramme comprises of 6 (1½ hour) online sessions
(details below) with a group of up to 20 participa
nts. There will be a requirement for some pre-read
ing and gap tasks to support your development. At
the end of the programme there will be an option t
o have a mock interview and receive feedback.
