Preparing for SIAMS inspection - Strategic Leadership and Theological Underpinning

The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) seeks to understand how a school's theologically-rooted vision, grounded in its context, drives the operational work of the school so that all can flourish. This session will introduce the SIAMS inspection framework and consider what it means to have a theologically-rooted vision as the driver of operational work.
